After typing your post, you will see a text box at the bottom of the post, with the title "Labels for this post". Just type in your category for that particular post, for example cars. Then this post will be categorized/ tagged under cars category. This category will be stored in Blogger. If you want to write another post in the same category, all you have to do is select it from the list. The list will be displayed in the "Labels for this post". You can also add multiple categories for single post with a comma separating them. For example, I can have something like cars, sports cars.
